As a wedding planner, I absolutely adore wedding venues that offer stunning on-site spaces for getting ready. It not only reduces travel time but also minimizes logistical hassles. Leah and Prentis chose the beautiful Mansion at Natirar as their getting ready location. Both of them exuded a fashionable vibe, perfectly reflected in their wedding attire. Surrounded by their respective wedding parties, everyone was in high spirits, enjoying the moment and making the most of the pre-wedding preparations. Smiles and laughter filled the air, creating an atmosphere of joy and excitement.
Can we have a moment for this sweet father-daughter first look? After Leah was ready, she had a short, yet emotional, first look with her father in the courtyard. Seeing them embrace and hug each other was so sweet and a reminder to build intentional moments into your wedding day.
The Mansion at Natirar provided a stunning backdrop for Leah and Prentis’ first look. Nestled amidst lush greenery, this historic gem with its elegant brick exterior exuded an air of timeless charm. Against this picturesque setting, the couple shared an intimate and heartfelt exchange of their personal vows to one another. If you are inclined towards traditional vows and wish to uphold them during the ceremony, or if the thought of expressing your personal vows in front of a large audience makes you nervous, opting to exchange them privately can be a wonderful choice, making your first look even more meaningful.
Leah and Prentis tied the knot in a breathtaking ceremony at the Mansion at Natirar, with an incredible view as their backdrop. The altar space was beautifully adorned with two tall white floral arrangements, anchored by elegant white pillars. Along the aisle, soft orange and pink petals added a touch of color, and acoustic music filled the air, creating a truly enchanting and romantic atmosphere for their day.
The reception decor exuded a soft and romantic ambiance, perfectly complementing the blissful summer setting. Additionally, delicate white flowers, along with soft orange and neutral blooms, adorned the venue, creating a gorgeous neutral color palette. The overall design showcased simplicity and elegance, with an abundance of fresh florals beautifully arranged throughout the space. Furthermore, the abundance of candles at every table only enhanced the intimate atmosphere, enveloping the celebration in a warm and enchanting glow.
Cocktail hour began on the terrace, creating a lively atmosphere as guests mingled. Then, as the evening progressed, everyone made their way indoors to continue the celebration in the magnificent ballroom at Mansion at Natirar. The reception kicked off with a heartfelt first dance by Leah and Prentis, setting the tone for the rest of the night. Then, dinner was enjoyed by all, accompanied by heartwarming toasts that added a personal touch to the festivities. Their reception became even more special when they serenaded each other with their sorority and fraternity hymns. Leah is a proud member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority, while Prentis belongs to the Omega Psi Phi fraternity. It was an incredibly joyful and heartfelt way for them to incorporate a meaningful part of their identities into their wedding day. The dance floor came alive as the night went on, with guests dancing the night away.
And there we have it – a day painted with the hues of love, laughter, and timeless elegance at the Mansion at Natirar. As a wedding planner, it’s always a treat to be part of such heartfelt moments, and Leah and Prentis’s wedding was the perfect reminder of why I cherish this job so much. Their day wasn’t just about the exquisite settings or the chic decor; it was a celebration of genuine emotions, cherished moments, and the coming together of two souls in love.
